I'm retired, and living at Nyingma Institute in Berkeley CA, a Tibetan Buddhist study center.  In my spare time I teach ballroom dancing in Oakland and Hayward, teach Time, Space, and Knowledge (a new vision of reality authored by Tarthang Tulku), and do consulting and speaking on time management and peak performance.  I love to help people improve the quality of life and get more done.  I have a Master's in Computer Science and a PhD in East-West Psychology.
